LEBAK, CNC MEDIA – Beredar kabar bahwa Kepala Desa (Kades) Margajaya, Kecamatan Cimarga, Kabupaten Lebak, yakni Mulyana diberhentikan dari jabatannya. Mulyana sebelumnya ditetapkan tersangka oleh Polda Banten usai terlibat kasus narkoba.
Surat pemberhentian terhadap Mulyana dari jabatannya sebagai Kades diterbitkan tanggal 16 Desember 2024 yang ditandatangani Penjabat (Pj) Bupati Lebak Gunawan Rusminto. Salah satunya dalam lampiran surat tersebut menetapkan Keputusan Bupati tentang Pemberhentian Mulyana dari Jabatan Kepala Desa Margajaya, Kecamatan Cimarga.
Ketika dikonfirmasi kabar tersebut, Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (DMPD) Kabupaten Lebak, Oktavianto Arif membenarkan salinan surat pemberhentian terhadap Mulyana sebagai Kades Margajaya.
“Ya, sudah (salinan surat pemberhentian Mulyana sebagai Kades Margaja),” kata Oktavianto Arif kepada wartawan, Rabu (18/12/2024).
Mulyana diberhentikan dari jabatannya usai diciduk Polda Banten atas kasus penyalahgunaan narkoba jenis sabu. Setelah menjalani pemeriksaan dan ditetapkan sebagai tersangka, Mulyana diberikan hukuman keringanan yaitu menjalani rehab dan wajib lapor.
Namun, kegiatan tersebut membuat warga Desa Margajaya kecewa dan meminta Mulyana mundur dari jabatannya bahkan meminta Pemkab Lebak untuk memecatnya.
Ketua Badan Permusyawaratan Daerah (BPD) Desa Margajaya, Kuncoro Adakiri menyebut kabar itu disambut antusias warga dengan sujud sukur di kantor kecamatan hingga ada juga yang mencukur rambutnya hingga botak.
“Kami mengucapkan terima kasih ke Pemda Lebak, yang sudah memperhatikan aspirasi masyarakat, dengan menilai secara objektif dari segala sudut pandang yang polistik (luas). Karena (pemberhentian Mulyana sebagai Kades Margajaya) keinginan seluruh masyarakat,” tuturnya.
Siapa pengganti pasca diberhentikannya Mulyana dari jabatannya sebagai Kades Margajaya, Kuncoro belum bisa memberikan keterangan sebab itu nanti kewenangannya Bupati melalui kecamatan.
